Whether you call it thin-wall or electrical metallic tubing, aluminum is the material of choice. Aluminum is a popular material because it not only routes and protects electrical wiring effectively, it also offers a great many advantages over steel. It’s just as strong as steel, but it’s also much lighter – that makes cutting and bending much easier.
